I have a decision to make.
Will I watch “24″ tonight or not?
I haven’t missed an episode of it in two years (days). I’m not sure I’m up to starting year (day) three with Jack Bauer. I’ve eliminated almost all TV watching from my regular schedule. I’m trying to only pick a few choice shows. Do I want to invest 24 hours of my life into a show whose major themes and plot points I already know? Here is what is going to happen:
The future of the world will be at stake.
A major character will be killed.
Jack’s daughter will do one stupid thing after another.
A major character will be exposed as a traitor.
Jack Bauer will break major rules and at some point will have to go against his own people to get the job done.
He will nearly die (or maybe actually die and then come back to life!) in the process.
In the end, Jack will save the world.
