I just got an email chastising me for my blogaslob behavior. It’s been over a week since my last update. Why? I haven’t had much to say. I’m pretty busy at work and I haven’t been reading much lately.
I’m enjoying “24″ again this year. I almost quit it last year, but I can’t do that to Jack Bauer. As long as he’s out there risking his life to save the world, I’ll be watching. If you’re a fan as well, you might want to check out this blog.
I’m still trying to watch through the “AFI Top 100 Movies” list. Last night I fell asleep during “On the Waterfront.” Seems like a good movie, I was just too tired to get into it.
Last week we picked up a DVR from Cox Cable. It’s their version of Tivo. It’s awesome. It has already changed the way we watch TV. Right now “24″ is on, but I’m not watching it until after I put the kids to bed. It’ll only take 45 minutes to watch because I’m going to zip through the commercials.
We went car shopping today. Heather’s Explorer is giving lots of trouble and we’re ready to move into the wonderful world of mini-vans. So far the Dodge Grand Caravan has my vote.
