Rain, Rain, Rain

I’m back in Tulsa.

We didn’t get any more rain in Austin so the flooding went down pretty quickly.

Tulsa is very soggy right now.  Major flooding going on in some areas.

My summer travels are pretty much over.

I’ve been gone for most of the month of June.  It was a great break.  One I really needed.  We’ve got a lot of good stuff happening at Garnett and I’ve got a lot of things I need to move forward. I’m looking forward to getting back to work in a sustained way.

I guess you can say it was a good vacation if you’re actually looking forward to getting back to work.

  1. I remember traveling down to Camp Wood, this little town two hours from Mexico, and there was this little river, after a major rain, the little river become like the nile. It was shocking.
